Small  Rooms

• $15.00/hour for private teaching, practicing or writing.
• Monday to Friday 9:30 – 2:30
• Mon,Tues, Thurs & Fri​3:00 -8:00
• Weekends 10:00 – 5:00

Large Room

• Large Studio rental for large ensemble rehearsals                        $25.00/hour
• Group classes i.e. yoga, art, youth music $40.00/hour
• Recording 2 hour minimum                                                            $25.00/hour
• Concerts or Recitals                                                                       $65.00/hour

Party/Event Rental

• Plan your event here
• ​(4 hour minimum)                                                 $275.00
• Additional time $25.00/ hour
• Cleaning fee $50.00

General Info

Bathroom and small kitchenette facility available for your convenience.
All fees paid in cash prior to building use. 
Long term studio renters may pay by the month.
