Kelly HowardKelly is the Director of the Kelly Howard Studio based at the Greenwood Music Space. She is a Suzuki violin teacher, performer and conductor known throughout Brooklyn and the greater New York Metropolitan area. Kelly has also been a featured Suzuki clinician in Paris, Aix en Provence, Marseille as well as at Brooklyn College and The School for Strings in NYC. Kelly has been teaching in Brooklyn since 1991. She is the founder and Artistic Director of the Brooklyn Youth Music Project. Kelly lives in Kensington with her husband Owen and their son Cooper. www.kellyhowardstudio.com |
Helene BergmanA Suzuki certified violin instructor, Helene, received a B.A. in Music Education from Hofstra University and was a student of Raphael Bronstein at the Manhattan School of Music, where she received an M.A. in Performance. An experienced and devoted educator, she has taught violin and viola privately at several schools in the NYC area. She currently coaches chamber music and teaches privately at Greenwood Music Space. In addition to her busy teaching schedule Helene performs in and around NYC with a variety of artists.
